More Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators

Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a key detailing different sections of the land.

In addition to this are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
